Return window

You may return or exchange merchandise within 15 days of taking possession of your order.

Condition

All items must be returned in their original condition—unused and in the original packaging. Crochet merchandise must be clean and free of stains. For bouquet returns, if the original packaging is severely damaged, a packaging fee will be deducted from your refund per bouquet by stem count: $4 (1–2 stems), $6 (3–5 stems), $8 (6–11 stems), $10 (12+ stems).

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email support@risllam.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.
2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back using a secure, trackable service. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrived damaged.)

Risk in transit

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. We strongly recommend a trackable carrier and appropriate packaging.


Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable (except for items damaged during delivery). Please allow standard bank processing times after we issue the refund.
In-store returns for online orders
Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged at our physical location: Risllam, Erin Mills Town Centre.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@risllam.com within 72 hours (3 business days) of delivery and include:
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• A brief description of the issue and your order number.

Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement, exchange, or refund. In these cases, return shipping (if required) is covered by us.

Final Sale:

All clearance items and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If your online order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@risllam.com for assistance.

Additional Terms

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.
• This policy may be updated without notice.
